"So far, so good!"
I've only been using it about a week, 2x's a day for stress/anxiety. I feel like it's helping me stay calmer. My HRV while sleeping averaged 44. Prior to using it, my average has been 38. (I use a Fitbit) Its very easy to use and holds a charge all day. I have yet to try it while sleeping. Another feature I like is that it is inconspicuous when worn like a necklace. I have seen other VNS devices that look like a big plastic collar that requires the use of gel, others are a hand held electronic thing that looks like you are trying to tazer yourself...or you have to clip wires to your ears! It's also a plus that it doesn't require a subscription or an app!

I suffer from waking up early, and with this device, I'm managing to mitigate it to a great extent. I also feel much calmer during the day. Looking for some improvement, perhaps I would and something to regulate its intensity and usage time.

"Brilliant!"
I wasnt sure I could feel the device working initially, but I kept wanting to wear it as if my body knew something I didn't. Then after a few days I noticed I going back to sleep more easily in the night & waking up with less of a cortisol rush. I'm now addicted! It helps reduce my anxiety during the day, my sleep is deeper, cortisol doesn't drive me out of bed at 5am, my mood is better & it feels like it's getting me through any challenges I have to meet more easily. I feel like my debilitating anxiety is getting much more manageable & I've only been wearing it a week!!

"Unbelievable product"

"Anxiety gone."
I purchased the unit for my 86 year old wife who was experiencing anxiety whenever we planed to go somewhere. I researched devices that would calm her internal nervousness. After evaluating several different methods, I decided on amofit. It appears I made the right choice as her anxiety has not manifested since she has worn the unit. She only wears it in the AM for 3 hours.

"I'm certain it works for my anxiety."
I have been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder accompanied by panic attacks, and I find that the calm setting works almost as effectively as a low dose of Diazepam (Valium). However, if I use it continuously, I experience a strange sensation that may result from overstimulating my nerves, even when it's set to calm. Overall, at this price point, it is definitely worth trying, and I plan to continue using it. I wish the battery lasted longer. I would pay more for a larger device with extended battery life and app connectivity. Nevertheless, since it works, I can't give it any rating other than 5/5, given the severity of my disorder. I went through it all — CBT, breathwork, progressive muscle relaxation, lots of different medicines, so I think I can tell if it's total placebo or not. Good luck!

"Life changing for Anxiety"
Immediately after the first treatment, I noticed a significant decrease in my anxiety issues. I now take this treatment daily for 3 hours, some days 2 sessions. I would recommend trying this to those who have severe anxiety (coupled with other treatments such as medication). The only side effects for me were a little bit of fart gas haha and relaxed bowels. Speaking of which, I started getting really good daily bowel movements after treatment. I am glad I bought this and gave it a try. I look forward to more future products that help with VNS.

Definitely helps my sleep most nights unless I’m really anxious. Has helped lighten my mood in the daytime. I have had a bit of difficulty with using the controls but with trial and error it is getting easier. "It helps!"
I have OCD and generalized anxiety disorder, but basically a lovely person! Since I was in my teens, I get chest tightness in situations that are anxiety arousing. I ordered Amofit S to SEE if the chest tightness would abate somewhat. It has! I look forward to my 2-3hour sessions daily, and i really do notice an abatement of discomfort and anxiety. "Really great gadget that I don't want to miss anymore."
At first I was skeptical, but after the first use I have to say that it's a shame that something like this didn't exist in the past. First of all, the quality and construction are extremely high, also the material used. The operation is simple and intuitive. But the effect is fanominal, with the relaxation mode you notice very quickly that you are calmer and more relaxed inside and also have a corresponding view of the world. Dealing with problems or difficult situations also seems effortless. The program also has a very long lasting effect, which is very positive. I even have the feeling that wounds heal better or faster. The focus mode is awesome. You need short sessions beforehand because at the beginning I had the feeling that it was too much for me and slight dizziness. Now I use the program in the morning and the symptoms are gone, on the contrary, I feel wide awake and very attentive. The concentration is really high and the whole thing effortless. You suddenly see much more and are mentally much clearer, which is extremely noticeable, especially when doing mental work. You don't feel like something has happened, you only notice it when you had to concentrate on activities, which is not the case now. I think the whole thing is certainly very interesting for children with adhd or add and hyperactivity. Because I have and it works really fast and noticeable from everything I've tried so far. It's not about small improvements, but about really big advances, which even friends and relatives have noticed very quickly. Sleeping in the evening is also no longer a problem, I get tired naturally and automatically in the evening. My partner, who basically has no problems, is also thrilled and sees the device as a gift. He also takes it daily now and says that it makes a lot of things easier for him and helps a lot, especially at work, to cope with pressure and performance. He thinks everything seems effortless and easy to him now.
Wirklich großartiges Gadget das ich nicht mehr missen möchte
Erst war ich skeptisch aber nach der ersten Benutzung muss ich sagen das es schade ist das es sowas nicht schön früher gab. Zuerst die Qualität und Bauweise sind extrem hoch, auch das verwendete Material. Die Bedienung ist einfach und intuitiv. Aber die Wirkung ist fanominal, bei den Entspannungs-Modus bemerkt man sehr schnell das man innerlich ruhiger und gelassener ist und auch eine entsprechende Sicht auf die Welt hat. Auch der Umgang mit Problemen oder schwierigen Situationen erscheint einem mühelos. Auch wirkt das Programm noch sehr lange nach was sehr positiv ist. Ich habe sogar das Gefühl das Wunden besser heilen bzw schneller. Der focus Modus ist der Hammer. Man braucht vorher kurze Sitzungen da ich am Anfang das Gefühl hatte das es mir zuviel wird und leichter Schwindel. Jetzt benutze ich das Programm am Morgen und die Symptome sind weg, ganz im Gegenteil fühle ich mich hell wach und sehr aufmerksam. Die Konzentration ist wirklich hoch und das ganze mühelos. Man sieht plötzlich viel mehr und ist geistig viel klarer was sich gerade bei kopfarbeiten extrem bemerkbar macht. Man fühlt sich sogesehen nicht als ob was geschied, man merkt es erst wenn man sich konzentrieren musste bei Tätigkeiten ist das jetzt nicht der Fall. Ich glaube das ganze ist sicher sehr interessant bei Kindern mit adhs oder ads und Hyperaktivität. Den das habe ich und es wirkt von allem was ich bis jetzt probiert habe wirklich schnell und spürbar. Es geht auch nicht um kleine Verbesserungen sondern um wirklich große vortschritte die selbst Freunde und verwandte sehr schnell festgestellt haben. Auch das Schlafen am Abend ist kein Problem mehr, ich werde ganz natürlich und automatisch zur abends Zeit müde. Auch mein Partner der im Grunde keine Probleme hat ist begeistert und empfindet das Gerät als Geschenk. Er nimmt es ebenfalls jetzt täglich und meint das es ihm vieles leichter macht und gerade auf Arbeit sehr hilft mit Druck und leistungsstarkes klar zu kommen. Er meint ihm kommt jetzt alles mühelos und einfach vor.

Fantastic First of all, at AMO LAB, AMOLAB's customer and after-sales service is exceptional, you really have a contact person at the end of the phone and everything is done to satisfy you. For the rest, after only a few days of use, I notice a significant decrease in anxiety, stress and a better quality of sleep in the sense that from eight hours I went to six hours feeling more fit and full of energy. Morale seems to be getting better and better... I recommend 100%.

"It works"
Does calm me down and make it easier to sleep. Stimulates the vagus nerve, similar to how a cold shower, binaural beats or meditation might, but I think even to a greater degree than those. By toning or activating the vagus nerve, it can help retrain the nervous system in response to stress or perceived threats. So I do like the effect that it has. Could be better with more configuration and maybe easier to jump through modes. I would recommend to anyone that has stress, anxiety or someone that just wants to improve their health.

"LIFE CHANGING DEVICE"
I am a life-long insomniac currently addicted to Ambien. I have tried treatments and devices in many different disciplines but none has worked to help me with my insomnia and my addiction. This device, however, DOES work. I am 5 days off of Ambien now. My sleep varies from fair to excellent. I am using the device all night. This is a fairly pricey item but it has so far been worth every penny. I highly recommend it.

"Seemingly Effective"
On the basis of two weeks with the device worn daily for 2-3 “calm” sessions I’d give it a thumbs up. Baseline anxiety (which was very high) has been reduced substantially and sleep levels have improved more than 50%. I don’t know how it works but it certainly does.

"Strangely it seems to help"
I bought this for my daughter who is suffering from autistic burnout and in constant flight/flight. It’s early days (2weeks), I don’t know how it works but it does seem to be helping. Her heart rate hasn’t spiked as high as normal and she is recovering quicker from those spikes in anxiety. I’ve ended up buying a second one so it is always available. One day she got really anxious and then discovered it had turned off! So far so good!

"Amazing device"
In the first 10 minutes of wearing it I felt a difference, much calmer and definitely less anxious. ( so I must have needed it!). Since then the difference in my mental state hasn't been so profound, but is still noticeable. My sleeping pattern has definitely improved also, with deeper sleeps, but more profound and vivid dreams. I would recommend the device for at least a trial run.
I am certainly not disappointed in the results.

"Seems to be working!"

It's been about a week I've been using my amofit s on focus mode during the day then calm mode either before bed or when I lay down to go to sleep. I definitely notice differences while using it. I really like the focus mode. It's subtle but I feel less distracted and more motivated. I'm hoping the more I use the device and my body is in fight or flight less often the better my anxiety and migraines will be.

"I'm finally sleeping again!"
This device is fabulous! I noticed a difference in the first 24 hours. Before using it, would take me 2-3 hours to fall asleep. I would also wake up an hour after falling asleep and several times throughout the night and have difficulty going back to sleep. Now I fall asleep within 30 minutes and don't wake up as often in the night and on the times that I do I'm able to fall back asleep fairly easily.
I use the device twice a day for two 3-hour calm mode sessions. Once in the am or afternoon, and the other for 3 hours before going to sleep. Using this device along with good sleep hygiene practices has been a miracle! You won't be disappointed. I tried everything natural I could before using this and some other devices and nothing has worked but the amofit S.

"I can fall asleep very quickly and feel much better."
After over a year of waking at 2-3am and either staying awake for the rest of the night or being awake about 3 hours and feeling permanently exhausted I bought the amofit and within days I was sleeping. I woke at 3am but always went back to sleep very quickly. I feel a million times better. I also did not consider myself an anxious person but I have suddenly been feeling very calm. Like totally different. Interestingly as I also suffered from chronic restless leg syndrome I have not had this once since I started wearing it. I then bought one for my mum who has Parkinson’s and she would go for days being unable to sleep and then crash for a day. The last few days she has slept incredibly well. Totally alien to her. I believe it is the amofit that is helping her as nothing else has changed. Love it.

I have anxiety, and a stressful job. It has def made me feel less anxious and calmer. I do take medication for my insomnia but often the medication doesn’t work. I have been sleeping deeper and longer—-I wear it for several sessions during the day— but not to sleep. I am very happy with my purchase.

My husband and I have been using the Amofit for several months now. We each suffer from chronic pain (rooted in different origins) and disturbed sleep.
My husband has struggled with sleep for over 20 years, since incurring significant injuries in a road traffic accident. Since using the amofit his sleep has improved significantly.
My sleep issues are related to chronic pain, associated with fibromyalgia. My body has a dysfunctional 'pain system' likely rooted in my years of significant pain associated with deep infiltrating endometriosis. My primary purpose for trying the Amofit was to calm my system. I have been less interested in the focus function.
When i first started using the Amofit I was surprised by how sensitive I was to it. I could feel a difference and if the device was accidentally shifted to focus mode I could sense a difference very quickly. I am in no doubt that this device works.
I have noticed that the calming mode seems to improve my coping with stress and anxiety.
On the design front, I like the option of both necklance and the clip. The clip is particularly important to me because I work as a health professional and am unable to wear jewellery at work. The clip allowed me to wear the device when working, by having it clipped on my bra. Unfortunately the clip on my device cracked and so, would no longer stay clipped to clothing. Eventually, the crack led to the clip snapping off. My device can no longer be worn as a clip or necklace, which is inconvenient as I need to find more creative ways to wear it, which invariably leads to me using it less often than i need. I would suggest, for future revisions of the device, to review the stregth of the clip.
My husband and I are very pleased that we found the Amofit and have both benefited from using them.

I purchased amofit to see if it could help me sleep better and reduce my overall baseline anxiety and stress response as I have been through quite a lot in the past few years and continue to manage as best as I can in some pretty chronic stressful conditions. I regularly practice yoga and have been a yoga teacher for the past 18 years so I am familiar with the vagus nerve and the benefits of working with it.
I had been using the amofit pretty religiously for about a month. I then went on a trip to be present for a friend who'd mother had just died. I took it with me but forgot my charger so I wound up being without for 5 days then came home to charge it and forgot about it for another week.
Since the time I got home and did not use the device I was noticing that I had way more intrusive thoughts, increased anxious energy and disturbances to my sleep, waking up frequently through the night. It was after about 10 days without it that I had to recognize that the device was in fact keeping me at a more calm and resilient place and that I was able to tolerate stress far more effectively while using it regularly.
I have also been experimenting with the creativity setting while I have been working on creative projects and find it has been easier to stay on task an attend to things for longer periods without break.
I am now making an extra commitment to wear the device every day and to use multiple sessions of the calming setting and fit in at least one creative setting.

When I ordered the amofit s I was extremely depressed, having suicidal thoughts, and feeling hopeless about my life. I had tried various antidepressants that always stopped working after awhile, or had horrible side effects. I was on Cymbalta but didn't think it was working anymore. After regular use of the device, my depression is pretty much gone. Though I still have the same problems and challenges in my life, I no longer feel hopeless about them. I feel like I can work on my problems. I recently tapered off my antidepressant and am still feeling okay. I've started sharing the device with my wife, who is depressed right now after a layoff, and I think it is helping her some, though it has only been a few days.
I will note that it is not a complete miracle. I had been hoping it would help with sleep problems and fatigue, migraines, anxiety, and difficulty concentrating. For those problems, I think I have seen some improvement here and there, but not the extreme effect I had with the depression. Nonetheless, that alone is worth it!

First of all let me introduce myself: Céline, 44 years old with two kids.
Dealing with insomnia and fibromyalgia. I bought it first because i needed to remain calm and to reduce stress and I have poor quality sleep. I was very much intrigued by the device. I saw this little thing had two modes: CALM mode but also FOCUS mode. To be honest i did not expected much, but as soon as i used the CALM mode i was so relaxed and less stressed. At the beginning i used it once per day as my heart raced a little bit for the first time, then i used it at least one session a day which is 3 hours and before sleep (i love to wear it with the necklace so i keep it tight under my clothes). The device is very easy to use, you can prevent it from accidentally switch from CALM to FOCUS mode by triple tapping and so locking it. I use the FOCUS mode less than the calm mode, when i need to be very attentive i use it once a day (it's recommended no more than that so...) But it's efficient, believe me! I feel more effective! As i am an anxious person this device really is a LIFE SAVER, I have anxiety when it comes to go outside so I launch the CALM mode just before, so i can take my train to go to word without panicking.
My only regret? Being broke and not be able to get the couple pack because in the first time because the device, as I use it a lot, needs to be charged in between. With a second one I would always have one with a charge. So I am thinking about saving money to buy another one in Dark grey this time :)
Did it help for my anxiety? DEFINITELY! So it reduced my pain from fibromyalgia as anxiety induces pains and so on. I feel I have a better repairing sleep. I hope this review could help other people suffering from pain, insomnia, or other stress induced diseases or just helping people with ADHD to focus on their work!

I found out about the device this summer and before deciding to buy it, I informed myself well about it. I read hundreds of people's reviews, the exhaustive responses the company provides to each case, and the research done with the device. I am a clinical psychologist and I highly value scientific evidence. I bought one for my son, who has insomnia and anxiety problems. Since he started using it, about twice a day in calm mode, he has noticeably improved not only the quality and quantity of sleep but also his anxiety has decreased, being able to break the vicious circle that creates anxiety - insomnia - + anxiety and which ends up affecting to the mood. Since then he has been able to abandon the hypnotics (in low doses) that he had been taking for a year although he maintains several natural relaxing supplements that also help him with sleep in addition to practicing relaxation techniques. "A pocket sized guardian angel"
A couple of months ago I have been lucky to stumble across the Amofit S device. At first I studied the campaign page letter by letter and carefully read all the studies and available reviews as I am one of the most sceptical persons you can possibly imagine.
My background is an upbringing full of severest abuse and neglect in many forms which resulted in a cPTSD, fibromyalgia, CKD and all the nasty comorbidities such as recurring depression, constant stress, pain and fatigue, severe sleep disorders, anxiety etc. Being a late diagnosed autist, this adds problems of being able to focus for a prolonged period of time (or to truly relax depending the situation), sensation overwhelm, problem to correctly and timely interception.
One might say I'm in freeze or fight-or-flight-mode 24/7 for all my life.
While doing trauma therapy does a huge job in helping me heal, I still struggle a lot to feel safe and at home in my body and have a hard time doing body exercises as they trigger me most of the time still way too much.
The Amofit S sounded just too good to be true: a tiny disc to just put around my neck or if I couldn't stand that, to just clip it onto my clothes near the heart area, pushing it on, choosing a mode (either calm or focus) and I'd be good.
It is recommended to pause 1 hour between using a different mode and to use focus mode only once a day. For calm mode there is no limit but how you react to it and the minimum should be 30 mins a day. Effects of use may last up to 72 hours after a session, though this could be different from person to person.
When the package arrived (only a couple of days as they have a warehouse in the EU as well), I was happy to find a quite eco-friendly packaging and boxing, though a little bit of in my view unnecessary plastic packaging still was there and could be avoided in future packaging.
The user manual is very well written. A bit small for elder people but hopefully as easy to understand for them as it has been for me. It literally took me less than 2 minutes to set it up and start my first session as it came preloaded.
I was aware that I might not feel immediate improvement or anything at all but for me the opposite was the case: I almost instantly started to yawn, a sign that the autonomous nervous system is regulating itself. The measurement of my always high heart bpm showed a drop about 10 points, being still elevated but significantly less. I started to feel calmer just after a few minutes in.
In the first week I have been so thrilled that I did 14-20 hours of calm mode until I finally noticed (non-autistic people will note this way earlier I assume) that I was feeling as exhausted as right after the loss of my kidneys and 18 surgeries in 3 months. I wondered if that was a good thing.
In a way I guess that yes as my therapist explained it to me that the Amofit S helped me to get in touch with my body better and therefore during sessions my shields go down and I connect to the real extent of exhaustion my body is suffering from due to so many decades of trauma and denying trauma in order to function kind of properly in this world.
I guess a more stable person or a person without a severest trauma history could benefit from such prolonged calm sessions. For me it is too intense at the moment.
Also I only dared to use focus mode after two weeks into getting used to the device. But once I did it completely blew my mind. For the first time in the past two years after all these surgeries which have damaged my short term memory and made focusing even harder I have been able to follow a free online summit with 6 hours of studying each day over the course of five days. Have I been tired? Yes, but in the good old way of righteously tired after having worked on something not in the "I breathe and got out of bed, therefore I‘m tired all day long“ way.
I then started to fiddle with the modes and the situations in which I could benefit from them the best and took many weeks to test the device to the heart in order to be able to give a valuable review here.
In my case I have to say that the Amofit S is like a miracle to me. There are many ways to regulate the autonomous nervous system and most of them don't require a technical device but for people like me with issues to touch and move their body and to actually sense and feel, yet to interpret what they notice inside their bodies if they finally do, this tiny disc is a real game changer. It opened me up to the possibility that change and healing on the body level is also possible. I even managed to do some yoga nidra when using calm mode and started to try some swinging the hips to release stored body trauma. This is huge to me.
When in public transport or doing the grocery shopping, I often use focus mode and won't end up gazing into the aisles for minutes due to overwhelm anymore. I am still exhausted after being in the public but no more having autistic shutdowns or meltdowns as I had before when doing this. This leads to more self-confidence and self-esteem, I feel capable again. When I use calm mode instead in these situations I am not as focused as with focus mode but rather chill with the situation and surroundings. It's like finally my body knows what my mind knows: I'm safe in this. I got this.
I use the device on a daily basis and especially before, during and after therapy or therapy related homework. Frequent other use cases for me are when thinking about things that upset me, when I notice flashbacks or panic feelings comping up, when feelings of depression and helplessness arise, when meeting other people and even to calm me down when I adopted two cats and was very afraid of accidentally not being good enough for them or of having missed dangerous spots for them.
That said, the Amofit S to me is worth every penny. I bet the regular person being off balance by work, life, parenting or caring for elder etc. might benefit also a lot from using the device daily. I tend to think that people with severe trauma background just might experience more drastic changes. So in case it's more subtle for you it doesn't mean it's not doing its job, it might simply be that you're lucky and that your autonomous nervous system doesn't need as much support to regulate as others' will.
Are there any flaws? Yes, but in my view no deal breaker:
While the silicone strap is hypoallergenic, which obviously is a good thing, the look of it is simple, practical and for some people it may seem a bit cheap. I think that could be a turn off for any fashionistas. The closing clip to me doesn't look like the most trustworthy one either. Gladly the loop hole is big enough to wear a variety of other straps or chains of your choice instead.
The clip to put it into your close is tight, which is good in terms of being afraid to lose a pricey device to easily but at least with my device it's way too tight. I have childlike small hands for a man but I didn't manage more than 3 times to put it into my shirt. The clip is hard to hold and cotton didn't side easily through it so more often than not the clip would snap back without being successful. Also bending it back in order to put it onto my shirt did cause pain in my fingers and a cramping in my hand muscles. I assume that people with rheumatoid arthritis, elderly people, children and people with big hands and fingers will experience even more difficulty with it. I don't have an idea how to solve this but would love to see an improvement there.
To me, battery life could be more, having it to charge after 10 hours of use doesn't work quite well for me as I have issues to think of stuff like this even when I put up some reminders. I guess the short battery life helps keeping the device that small and lightweight.
Conclusion:
As the title says: the Amofit S is my new wee little guardian angel. I can wear it discreetly and I feel safer and more protected when I am using it while doing things that in other ways are either depleting my energy too much or are even impossible to do. My quality of life has improved greatly and I can't express with words how much that means to me and how grateful I am for this invention. I am a tech aficionado but I wouldn't have thought of this thing to work that good. This has been a huge and welcomed surprise.
Last but not least I would like to mention that the customer service is not only very fast but very friendly and customer oriented. I didn't get any pre composed or AI composed messages but had a real conversation with a very kind person when I had some questions in regards of the product use cases and durations of sessions.
I think the Amofit S is worth every penny and they already look into ways of how to replace the battery so they also strive for making it a better lasting and environment friendly product.
With the new version there will also be a mode to boost the immune system which is pretty awesome I think. I hope to get a grip on one of these as with CKD and only one kidney I always have to make sure I don't get sick.
I'm ready to have taken the plunge and haven't been disappointed. So, in case you're still feeling hesitant I'd say if you look for an easy and no active time consuming way to support yourself, this is it, don't look further.

"It is a game changer for anxiety."
I purchased the Amofit - S just over 3 weeks ago and I am so happy with it. I was very dubious before buying, but am so glad I did. I have suffered from severe anxiety for nearly a year now. I am nearly 50 and before this had never ever had any issues with anxiety. I believe my anxiety was caused by the very sudden and traumatic loss of my father last year. I went to gp at start of year and was put on Sertraline medication. This really helped but sadly I had to come off it after about 5 months as I was not tolerating it and had started really badly teeth grinding and jaw clenching to the point I had started to damage my teeth. The anxiety came back when I came off medication, so I purchased the Amo-fit S. From day 1 it has worked. Within about 10 -15 mins of putting Amo-fit S on, those awful anxiety feelings disappear, I start to feel calm and relaxed It has most definitely helped my sleep. I also get migraines about once every 6 weeks. Not had one at all since using this, but still too early to tell if will help with migraines long term. I have only used it on the calming mode so far as it works so well and near enough instantly. Will try it soon on the focus mode. I really like that it has the lock function on it, as it is very easy to switch modes by accident, so I always use the lock feature now. If you are an anxiety sufferer, please give this a go. I honestly thought I would be sending this back within 30 days, as did not think it would work. Am so pleased I was wrong, it is a game changer for anxiety.

When I first started using amo fit, I was getting a little bit of heart pounding and I reread the instructions and I saw that it was possible effect at first and that I should do just 30mins to start off. The next day I got the same heart pounding feeling after a few mins. The third day was the miracle, that was when I feel super calm for the whole 3 hours, which is the duration of one cycle before it turns off. I also turn it on at night and it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. Now I use it even during social events and I know when I’m nervous I would get heart pounding anxiety, but this item erased it all. I just turn it on discreetly underneath my shirt and no one notices it. Even during work meetings when it’s my turn to give updates, I would get a little bit nervous and this erases all of these effects for me. Really amazing!!

I have a great deal of difficulty sleeping, which has only gotten worse with age related hormonal changes and increased stress at work. I wear the Amofit S every night and I definitely feel it helps. I would echo the other suggestion though to outline the spot where the power button is so that it can more easily be turned on by feel when you wake up in the middle of the night. It always takes me many tries to get it to turn on, which wakes my brain up more and decreases the chance that I'm going to be able to fall back asleep. I have generalised anxiety and PTSD which presents primarily as gastrointestinal discomfort (ie nausea, loss of appetite etc) and fear of face-to-face social situations. I am constantly either ‘on the go’ or disassociated. I find it very difficult to be present in the moment and to experience joy and other positive emotions.
I have worn the Amofit S daily since I received it approximately a month ago. I have an 18 month old child so I primarily wear the Amofit S while sleeping, as then I don’t need to worry about carrying or being close to my child while wearing it. This has worked absolutely fine. I have the Amofit S turned to calm mode at night, turn off the 3-hour shutdown feature and also turn on the lock mode.
The device has always still had battery left when I wake up in the morning (8+ hours of wearing later) and is easily charged back up to full battery within 90 minutes.
I noticed the effects almost immediately. I was taking anti-nausea medication daily and frequent anti-anxiety medication as well. I have taken one or two anti-nausea tablets since beginning to use the Amofit S device, and have not needed a single anti-anxiety rescue medication since I started either. I feel more present in day-to-day activities and find it easier to engage in play with my daughter. I also find I am more productive at both work and managing a household. I am a 53y old woman who because of an over tense nervous system (teeth clenching at night, lots of tossing and turning, hyperventilating) had difficulty sleeping and had a very restless sleep, making myself awake and then trouble sleeping in again. Since I am using the amofit s I sleep through the night. The teeth clenching is remarkably less. It lasts easily through the night thanks to the option for not stopping by itself after couple of hours. "It's a complete life changer."
First I would like to say wow to this product. Since being diagnosed with ADHD along with anxiety and depression my mental health has been a it's worst. I've been on medications so many types of medication and it's been a tough battle with it all. I guess my situation must be very similar to that of many people for whom traditional medicine fails to provide solutions.
I have suffered for several years from continuous and constant intestinal discomfort, which has resulted in a very low level of vital energy, anxiety and sleep disorders.I have carried out all types of more or less orthodox treatments, with no results but a great waste of time and money.

At first, when I saw the ad, I confess I was skeptical. I’m a scientific mind and social networks ads are full of new age quackery ranging from healing crystals to "EMF protective devices” to "quantum crystals”.
I decided to know more about Amofit S and took some time to read the site because I suffer of insomnia and sometimes of anxiety. An alternative to pills was very appealing... Seeing the Springer paper about the VNS devices was VERY important. It gave credibility to the whole thing. "I see a huge improvement in my emotional regulation and my startle response."
I have been suffering from severe anxiety, panic attacks and emotional flashbacks as I work through healing from my childhood trauma. I have a block on most of my memories from a certain time period, and when I try to peer into that time in therapy, my throat closes off as though a large hand is choking me, and I cannot breathe. I have gone through all types of methids from CBT to IFS, EMDR and now energy work and hypnotherapy. I started to feel like my panic and anxiety was out of control. From what I could tell, my nervous system had been in fight or flight mode (freeze and fawn in my case) for the better part of 40 years.
I decided it was worth a try. Generally it is very subtle, and I really couldn't tell if anything was happening. I experienced sth very disturbing in April this year where suddenly none of my self dev stuff worked any more - I was completely desperate but found sth that helped me calm down my nervous system enough so all my self dev stuff started working again as well.

I have had great results with the amofit. The first couple of weeks my sleep got worse but I am not sure that was caused by the amofit. I reached out to customer service about the issue and they were very helpful.
More recently I had an issue with the charging cable and customer service was once again great.
I have now been using the device for many months and my sleep is the best it has been in several years. If you struggle with sleep I highly suggest getting it and stay with it if it doesn't work right away.

I received my device 14 days ago I was very sceptical I must say but I thought let's give it a go. I have been using mine for five days. I suffer with Fibromyalgia, arthritis, insomnia and anxiety. I've only used this in 'calm mode' so far. My sleep improved notably from day one. Okay. Bit the bullet and made the decision to post. I have had the Amofit for a few months now. What have I noticed…my insomnia is still not the best (don’t go to bed until 1:00 am or so) but to be honest I put that down to poor sleep hygiene (on device until bedtime). But when I go to sleep I definitely don’t get up to go to the bathroom anymore. I can go 6.5 hours versus basically waking up after every sleep cycle (2 hours). My HRV (according to my Apple Watch) is awesome compared to what it used to be. So anecdotal at best but it appears to do something for me when I wear it consistently. It also helps my sister and my daughter with their bowels. My daughter has Dysautonomia (POTS) and chronic constipation. Seriously I don’t even have to tell her to put it on anymore. She is 17 years old and she tells me that this device makes her go the day she wears it or the next day. So is it the device? I don’t know but all improvements seem to correlate with the beginning of its usage.

I got this recently and would totally recommend it. I’ve been interested in these vagus nerve stimulation devices recently for calming down at the end of the day. Previous to the amofit, I tried the Pulsetto, which honestly freaked me out. Getting shocked at your neck is not that pleasant of a feeling. In comparison, the amofit is much better. You can still feel it when it’s on, at least I do, but it’s pretty subtle. I’ve been finding that the calm mode does calm me down, I can’t exactly say how it has affected my sleep, but I need to give it more time. What really surprised me is the focus mode. The effect gives me is both stimulating and calming. I really like how it makes me feel, so regardless of if this even calms you down or not, I think you’ll still get some utility out of it if you positively react to the technology. If you’re looking into this, it does definitely do something tangible, and it’s not invasive at all. Could be worth a shot, I am enjoying mine.

I received mine yesterday evening. I wore it 2 hours before going to sleep and 3 hours while sleeping. Amazing, the return of sleep, not necessarily longer, but deeper! So I'm really more active during the day. According to my fitness tracker, my stress levels have dropped by more than half from the high 40s/low 50s to hovering around 20. I was skeptical when I first put it on, but I actually feel different. I live with CPTSD and have struggled with muscle armoring and anxiety forever. Both my wife and I have these. If its a placebo well its a good one as we have both noticed significant improvements to our sleep. I’ve always fell to sleep super fast, however Ive had a habit of waking too early sometimes as early as 1am and then drifting in and out of light rem sleep. Now for the last two weeks since wearing this device, and for the first time I can honestly remember in years Im sleeping through great until typically 5/6am which is perfect.
So do they work or is it just coincidence? I have a lot of confidence that there are benefits.

I’ve had mine for few days. I’ve definitely noticed a shift in anxiety, stress and mood and feel much calmer but it’s early days and it could be placebo, not sure. Will continue to use it. I have been using amofit S since July 2022, and I am extremely happy with it. I wear it almost every day and I usually have it on all day. When I do not wear it, I really notice it.

Before getting this device, I have been looking through the discussion to figure out will this device work. And the answer is YES!
So I have been having this Amofit for 2 months and have been using it every single day with 1 Focus Mode session in the morning, 1 Calm Mode session in the afternoon, and sometimes another Calm Mode session at night before I sleep.
So let’s start with Focus Mode first. Before I got the Amofit, I had been using the Foci (another device to measure the focus level while I am working) for a few months. After using the Amofit Focus Mode together with Foci, my focus time has been significantly increased based on the measurement of the Foci. I also can really feel that I am able to stay focused for a much longer time even without the measurement from Foci. There is a time when I did not bring my Amofit and the measurement from the Foci show there is a significant drop in focus time on that day compared to the time when I am wearing the Amofit with Focus Mode. So I can conclude that the Focus Mode is working well for me. :D
For the Calm Mode, since I do not suffer from any sleep issues, I can’t really clearly tell how much improvement gained from Amofit to help me fall to sleep. But personally, I can feel that with the same number of hours of sleep, I tend to feel less tired during the day. It does really help me rest better while I am sleeping. (I guess it helps me fall into deeper sleep)
So for those who wonder if this device really works, my answer is definitely YES, and will definitely recommend this for those who want to stay better focused during work or have better sleep!

First of all I just placed the order out of curiosity, I don’t know this small device able to help me or not. Been wearing this Amofit for 2 months now, the result? Absolutely superb!
I’ve struggling with migraine and insomnia for some time after changed to new job, maybe due the stress and pressure from work. After tried Amofit, I can instantly feel the changes in green mode, constantly can feel the mind started to relax and calm, falling asleep naturally until I wake up next day in the morning with out any disturbing. My wife and I purchased a unit mainly to try to improve my wife's historically poor sleep. The device almost immediately improved her sleep. She fell asleep more quickly, had a more restful night and actually slept for longer than previously. This was noticeable within the first week of use which surprised us as she has slept poorly for most of her adult life. For myself, I have always slept well but even in my case, my sleep score which was about 80 on average as measured by my Huawei sleep tracker, increased to about 84 on average. I also felt calmer than before with less anxiety.
I will say that after 2 months of use, it seems like the effect is lessening with my wife starting to experience a reappearance of poor sleep and for myself, a drop in sleep score back to previous but still with occasional better scores. We will try to double the calming sessions for both of us each day to see if we can regain the improvements previously achieved.

I want to start by saying “I LOVE my Amofit S!” I started wearing it right away and used to calm feature first. It’s been about 2 months now and I can seep the last my sleep quality has greatly improved. I feel rested and wake up refreshed in the morning. I also have been using the Focus feature at work. Depending on how I feel sometimes I use it in the morning if we have a project going in and sometimes after lunch to help me stay alert in the tiring afternoons. I have suffered with sleep issues for over 40 years with what I call crazy insomnia symptoms for the last 5 years. "This stuff works."
I was using the Amo device since last few weeks and I have definitely felt its results with my sleep patterns and overall reduced anxiety. Initially I thought this might be due placebo effect but something happened last week that definitely convinced me that that was not the case.
Last week on 24th, I suffered a major accident with my bike has my bike crash on to rail guard. My both wrists and left leg were fractured and I was in comma for 2 days.
During this time my mother was so worried that she had severed sleep lacking and very high anxiety.
I was again conscious on morning of 27th and my father told me the state of my mother. When my mother came to visit me I told her that there is a white locket in my bedroom and she needs to wear it two times a day but I did not tell her what it was for. My parents and I have been sharing an amofit S for just over a month. It only took a week for me to notice a difference, particularly when it came to the quality of my sleep. I have a history of dysregulated sleeping patterns, often having a lot of trouble when it comes to falling asleep, and I would also wake up in the middle of the night and stay awake for hours before I could sleep again. After using the amofit S, I would fall asleep noticeably faster (up to 30 minutes faster), and if I do happen to wake up in the middle of the night, I usually stay awake for less than an hour.
I also experience anxiety and panic attacks, and using this device regularly has lessened the amount of anxiety I experience, considerably. For the past two weeks my workload has increased greatly and while this would usually elicit an anxious response, I was relatively calm throughout. I did feel stressed but it was nowhere near as debilitating as it could have been. During those days I wore the device for about 3 hours per day. The amofit S technology appears create a “buffer effect,” helping regulate the nervous system so that there are no extreme responses.
My parents have reported better sleep. They will get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom or wake up due to noise, but ever since using the device (they use it for anywhere between 1-3 hours a day, each) they often sleep through the whole night. I have also noticed that they are happier, get frustrated less often and laugh more. It is helping them with feeling calmer and they like to wear it while watching television or on the computer.
The amofit S is light and easy to use, and it is convenient to wear around. You will often forget you’re even wearing it because it’s so small and “out of the way.” The cord clasp opens and closes easily and the buttons are easy to use. We haven’t used it in focus mode so I can’t really comment on that, but I will be testing it out eventually. There is the option to wear it as a clip-on, too! The buttons are easy to operate and the battery lasts several hours before needing a full charge. Overall, I am very impressed with this device.

This product is a literal lifesaver. I went from stressed-out – shaking, sweating, sympathetic dominance, and have spent thousands of dollars and time looking for potential solutions. I've received my Amo S about two months ago, and having a very skeptical mind regarding this kind of gadgets I've performed a let's call it, homemade clinical trial. I tried it my self , my wife and my older kid 8-year-old. The results were conclusive.
I use mostly the focus mode, and in fact, it does work, we feel more focus and immune to distractions as a result we get the job done without any anxiety, it simply works. My wife used it usually on a green mode, and after just a week of use, the results are visible, less anxious and better sleeping, just one session a day.
In one occasion she used it when performing a very important exam, to enter a medical psychology job, and she reported feeling calm and focus, helping getting an very good grade. My 8 years old kid, use it 1 hour at a time during one week, on green mode. his general agitation, improved in a very visible way, more calm and better sleeping patterns, where in the past it was an issue.
My family approves it, I will get one for each of us, as nobody wants to share it :)

"I am so grateful for the changes I experienced."
I have been suffering from sleep problems for decades, waking up early and with very short deep sleep period. Years ago, I started using a under-pillow device to monitor my sleep quality. As expected, the daily reports were not satisfactory. One figure in those reports worried me very much. My HRV (heart rate variability) was always below normal value, warning me of potential heart diseases.
Based on some knowledge of ANS, the story of Amofit S really interested me and I thought it was worth trying out to see its effectiveness. I received my Amofit S on 11 July 2022 and started using it every day for 2 or 3 sessions of calm mode. The effect is very obvious that my total sleep period and deep sleep period are lengthened, and I feel refreshed, waking up every morning. Most amazing of all is that my HRV value has been able to fall within normal range since my first day using Amofit S.
Besides, in the past when I went to sleep late or kept awake overnight, I could feel my heart beating strongly the next day. Recently, I accompanied my sister in the hospital overnight until 5 am next morning before I could have a nap of 2 hours. To my surprise, I did not have that bad feeling as it used to be, and my body recovered very quickly.
In view of this, I asked my sister to try using Amofit S. She is a diabetic with hypertension, receiving constant medications. She has occasional heart palpitation. I have received my Amofit S a little less than 2 months ago and have been using it for two sessions a day (6h) in calm mode since then. I am someone very prone to anxiety and stress, especially when it comes to exams, and wow, if this small thing isn’t a life saver!
I think it happened around day 4 for me, in hindsight, it was a bit like I had blinders on and could only ever think about the stressful stuff, but it somehow faded away, and I have been much more cheerful in every aspect of my life since then. I didn’t realize just how much my built-up stress from work was impacting my behavior with friends and family. Honestly, I was a bit toxic, and could sometimes snap at someone for some random thing.

As a high-sensitive person, I have been stressed my whole life. With aging, I became more sensible, and any negative news could derail my mood. The last couple of years, it was too much stress and my body gave me some additional health problems. I am aware about the benefits of stimulation the vagus nerve. I bought a promising gadget that needs some audio records to work properly. It did nothing for me as far as I experienced in the last two years.
When I saw some advertising on Facebook about amofit S, I thought “OK, it is another gadget, that will promise some stress relief”. I went to the crowdfunding website and started reading the reviews. The backer asked varied questions. The response from the amofit team is impressive. They cite even detailed information about scientific studies about the function and benefits of stimulation of the vagus nerve. The customer service seems to be good as well. As a backer, I am experienced with crowdfunding over several years. You always have to be a little skeptical about promises.
But with a growing level of stress and sleeping problem, I was “seduced” (means convinced) that could work for me. I took the plunge and ordered one amofit S. After a couple of days, I got it, recharged it and wore it overnight. Next morning it was the first night since months that I awoke without tension headache. Still skeptical, I tried not to be too optimistic. After the second night, I realised that the “sum-sum-sum” feeling in my body was gone. It was just disappeared in the morning.
After a couple of days, I felt relieved. The sticky feeling of not being able to relax was gone. I used the amofit S nearly permanent in the relax modus for about three weeks. The only break was the recharge time each day.
I am starting now to use the Focus mode once a day as well, because I feel I can deal with more activities. With my stress level in the past, I couldn’t handle more input. But now, I feel more balanced. The stress wheel has slowed down to 75% at least, which is an enormous relief for me. That increased my energy level, improved my concentration and my creativity comes back slowly as well. Now, I have time to be more active with people and do physical activities.
Now, I reduced the use of both Calm and Focus one time per day, to maintain the positive results. I can speak just about my experience. As someone with a lot of health problems, less stress can to some miracles for the body. I know many health problems grow over the past years and it needs more time for my body to recover. "Kudos to the magic of Amofit S!"
I would like to share with the team my honest review for Amofit S after one month of usage.
I have been suffering from insomnia for years. Regardless of my efforts in changing lifestyle (mediation, exercise, diet) and supplements, my sleeping disorder has remained. With some doubt and hope, I decided to give Amofit S a try. I have tracked my sleeping pattern religiously since day 1 of using Amofit S (2 sessions on calm mode a day then gradually reduce to 1 session) via my fitness tracker. I was a bit disappointed at first as I could not see any changes in my sleeping pattern after the first few nights. However, toward the end of the first week, I started observing my deep sleep pattern being consolidated. My deep sleep has gotten longer and longer, instead of being scattered. From an average of 60-70 minutes of deep sleep each night, I have managed to obtain about 120 minutes (on some good nights, the data can reach 150 minutes). In the morning, I easily get out of the bed full of energy and ready for the day. Fatigue and exhaustion have been no longer bothering me at the end of the day. Kudos to the magic of the Amofit S!
In addition, I have also experienced a lot of positive impacts using focus mode one session each day. Reading is my favourite hobby and part of my working routine (as a researcher). However, I have been struggling to keep myself on the reading pages beyond 30 minutes due to all kinds of distractions around. Focus mode has helped me tremendously improve my productivity. I find myself easily glued to the books for more than an hour without being distracted or fatigued. Interestingly, my interest in meditation is also coming back. Previously, having one meditation session a day was a big challenge for me (again, due to racing mind and distraction). Since starting using Amofit S, I can enjoy practicing several sessions throughout the day.
Amofit S is definitely the best gift that I have ever given to myself which helps me uplift my overall well-being to a new height. I would also like to express my gratitude to the Amolab team for their great efforts to make this wonderful device available. "My insomnia has improved tremendously, and I’m totally surprised by the fact that my blood sugar is much more stable!"
I’m a businessman and trained as a clinical psychologist many decades ago. I run a relatively large business that is highly stressful. Covid and the conflict situations in the world have a severe and direct influence on the business, making management even more challenging. I also have a number of chronic health issues icluding fibromyalgia and blood sugar instabilities.
I’ve been handling my anxiety, stress, insomnia etc. with a havioristic approach because of my background. It helped but the insomnia became progressively worse affecting my wellbeing to such an extend that I decided to try pharmacological interventions as well as home remedies just to try and get restful sleep – to no avail. Desperate for something that can just help me feel better, I by accident came across Amofit! I actually bought one out of desperation.
I’ve been using Amofit for approx 2 months now and the changes started to happen – first subtle and then more intense. When I realised that Amofit is actually working I jumped to buy another one – just in case my first one break. Now I can’t be without my Amofit. I wear it during the day as well whilst sleeping. My insomnia has improved tremendously but I’m totally surprised by the fact that my blood sugar is much more stable!! "It is an easy-to-use tool that provides great benefits to me."
I use the Amofit S to improve my sleep. So I only use the green-mode. In the beginning I used the Amofit S for 3 days and the 3 days without it, to find out wether there is a difference. And yes, there is a big difference. With the Amofit S I get calmer and feel relaxed. The sleep is better, than without it. Once I mistyped and used the blue-mode. Not a good idea, if you want to sleep afterwards. So I guess it is great for concentration. For me, I‘m happy with the sleep-mode and now I use it every single day with enough time before I go to bed. An easy to use tool with great benefit for me. Thank you AMO Lab!

"I feel much calmer and more confident."
I have been suffering from stress and anxiety for a couple of years. By doing sports and meditation I manage to get some good results, but since I have tried amofit S I must say that I have gotten very good results. I use it in calm mode and I feel much calmer and more confident. Usually at the end of the first session, I immediately do another one. My girlfriend also uses it and she too appreciates the results.

"I am absolutely sure this device will have great long-term effects on my health."
I have now used my Amofit for 1.5 months and I am amazed at the instant change in my sleep patterns.
I use a Fitbit daily since years and for the last year I have become increasingly worried about the minimal amount of both my deep sleep and my REM-sleep. Normally for a night it would be around 8-10 minutes of each. I have done all kinds of things to increase this over the last year, like going to bed early, cold room, no computer/phone, etc.
This changed right away when I found the Amofit. After a few nights this figure has increased to at least 1 hour of REM-sleep + more than 1 hour of deep sleep. And this has been like this now for 1.5 months, night after night. I am absolutely sure this will have great long-term effects on my health.
I also tried it on in preparation for a stressful presentation for 50+ people some weeks ago. It made a HUGE instant difference in how I felt! It took away my pounding heart and stressful feeling in a few minutes. I am amazed!
I am very pleased with my Amofit and 100% satisfied with this amazing product. I will also continue to explore the focus-function further. So far, I have not tried that.

This device really works and I want to thank you!
I have problems with fatigue, brain fog due to fibromyalgia, as well as restless insomnia. I have been using the Amofit S in a regimented manner to alleviate these symptoms. I use “focus mode” (blue light) once per day, as soon as I get out of bed and start my work from home. This takes the edge off the caffeine from my morning coffee and keeps my head clear for the tasks at hand all morning! In the afternoon, after lunch and through the evening, I begin using “calm mode” (green light), which has several benefits. Normally, the fatigue hits me hard in the evening, but my mind keeps racing and I cannot get to sleep! The calming mode of the amofit S, perhaps counterintuitively, helps keep the fatigue away… but it also allows me to wind down in the evening so I can get to sleep at a normal bedtime!
The amofit S has helped to minimize my chronic fatigue AND my restless insomnia! It has given me back a part of my life, and I want to share these benefits with all my friends and family! THANK YOU, Amo Lab Team!

"My sleep just becomes better and deeper."
I received my amofit s appliance several days after my pledge and everything concerning logistics and quality control was perfect. I wore it for 3 hours the next evening when I went to bed. And guess what? I am 60+ and have been suffering from insomnia for years and and daily routine has been very demanding and stressful. 15 minutes after putting the appliance, I started to yawn and I know I was tuned. I struggled to have my eyes opened for another couples of minute and I surrendered. I woke up the other morning afresh and I noticed that my daytime breathing pace has been more controlled and in fact got deeper. I am so thankful to your team and I wore it for several days more overnight. My sleeps just become better and deeper, so deep that I can skip my late night pee. After a week of 3 hour sessions, I can manage to maintain the same status by 30 minutes sessions before I go to bed. I vouch this compact device to all who are facing my same problem!

"My deep sleep and REM durations have increased."
I’ve been wearing my AmofitS for about a week and have only used the calm mode hoping to enhance the quality of my sleep. I’m a segmented sleeper, sleep for a few hours, wake for a few, sleep again for a few more, totaling 6 hrs of actual sleep per night. I am Hell bent on fixing my sleep without supplements, meds or daytime coffee dependance. Interestingly, my Oura ring data shows that indeed, my HRV (Heart Rate Variability) is trending higher and my nocturnal heart rate is lowered. My Oura ring also shows that my deep sleep and REM durations have increased. I feel as if I’m dreaming more. My overall mood was great before wearing it, but I’m feeling the calmness of a Cheshire Cat with (6 hours day Calm Mode) use. I sometimes get that ‘Wait Whaaat’?? feeling when the unit shuts off after it’s 3 hour cycle. It’s as if my calm is interrupted. Think of yanking a pacifier out of a sleeping baby’s mouth. (There could be something to this, as I understand it, a baby’s pacifier actually stimulates the Vagus nerve.) I think of this device as my external pacifier, calming me. In the coming weeks, I hoping the Focus mode could actually eliminate my dependence on Caffeine. I’ll use my AmofitS in Focus Mode in the mornings and wean off that morning brew. You gotta try this!

I started using my Amofit a couple of weeks ago. Like others who have posted I was sceptical if it would work. I have mainly used it on calm mode. I start wearing it a couple of hours before going to bed. I really think it has helped me to have more restful sleep. I do wear it to bed and if I wake up to go to the washroom I turn it back on. I feel like my mood during the day has definitely improved. I am less irritable for sure!!! And definitely feel a sense of calm during the day. I have had a lot of anxiety with regards to COVID and I am interested to see if this helps me to better cope with being around people. I am in a housebound situation for now due to a recent surgery. I am not sure but is it possible that my pain is lessened by wearing this device? Anyhow, I think it works.

I’ve been using amofit S since it arrived a bit over 2 weeks ago. Shipping was super fast. Support was very accommodating. I had trouble with the necklace and support was very helpful and fast. I have been using the Amofit S since it arrived, really please that it uses USB-C and it looks pleasant. I’m not completely convinced but started wearing while working for focus and being an insomnia sufferer before bed and in relaxing mode. Though I can definitely say it’s working – even if it gives a bit of benefit even just making me believe its working and it has a beneficial effect – I’ll take it.
Hopefully I can be convinced completely and see extra beneficial effects.

Just wanted to say that I have used my amofit S for few weeks and the results are astonishing. I am using it all day and night. When I work I am using the focus mode and I can feel the difference. I thought I am a very focus person without the device but I was wrong. With the device I feel so much focused and clear in my meetings it is amazing. After work and during the night I use the relaxation mode and I can feel how relaxed I am immediately. A SLEEP STORY.
A relative is a poor sleeper but lately has been sleeping only ~3 hours per night and was "desperate". Hearing about my experience of Amofit S, reading up about it and noting its potential as a sleep aid, they ordered one. Whilst they waited for theirs, I visited and they wore mine for 3 hours.
First night, they didn't toss and turn fitfully, as they had been doing. Second night, they slept 5-6 hours, "peacefully". Third night, they fell asleep quite quickly. After 2 hrs of sleep they had to get up briefly but was able to go back to sleep (!) and slept a total of about 7 hours, which they described as "fantastic" and "lovely". After a gap of about a week, their own arrived. That first night, they described "a good night's sleep". Compared with how bad it's been: far less tossing & turning, quicker to fall asleep, felt refreshed in the morning. And this was from just 2 uses.

I’m just in love with my Amofit S, I have been using it for 2 weeks and definitely there’s a huge improvement!! I suffer from anxiety, panic attacks and insomnia, and in the last days I have been able to sleep much better and almost no anxiety symptoms have bothered me. The device is so compact and easy to use, it’s so light that sometimes I forgot that I have it on, which is not a problem as it automatically turns off after a 3 hours session. There’s no noise or uncomfortable vibration as other devices, I just know that it’s working as I can see the green light.

"The most important thing is that this device works."
I’ve now been using my Amofit S for several weeks, and am definitely pleased with the changes I see in myself. So easy to use - just hang it round your neck, switch it on and leave it to do its thing. I was already seeing benefits within the first few days is use, and feeling less stressed by the symptoms of a long-standing health condition. I’m definitely focusing less on my physical discomfort; and the constant cycle of symptoms causing stress, then stress exacerbating symptoms is becoming less pronounced. Increasing to three daily sessions of calm mode has produced further improvements. Using first thing on waking, during the afternoon and before bedtime.
Despite falling asleep easily I have been spending long hours awake due to pain and discomfort; lucky to get fours hours sleep a night, but desperately tired. Now after several weeks use of my Amofit S there are signs of improvement. The last two nights I haven’t had to spend hours reading waiting for the pain to ease. I did wake, but was able to fall asleep again quickly. I’m hoping this trend will continue.
Although I have concentrated on using the calm mode I decided to try a session using focus when I felt especially drowsy and foggy headed. I’m pleased to report that I soon felt much more awake and alert.
I have tried other Pemf devices without discernible benefit, as well as finding them not particularly convenient to use; but Amofit S works for me.
Not surprisingly there have been some issues with a product that is new to the market; but I was most impressed with the quick response when I reported issues with the touch sensitivity of the device. A replacement was sent immediately without my even having to request this. Great customer service that other companies could learn from.
How would I summarise my experience? Amofit S is very easy to use. It’s small and portable. Unobtrusive in use. The price is very reasonable. Customer service is great. Most importantly, it does what it claims - it works!

I enjoy wearing the Amofit S device. It has the minimalist design which is stylish and functional. It is very light weight and can be a part of my professional appearance. I wear it all day as a part of my attire and many times I wear it to sleep. I like the material of the silicone string. If there is an adjustable option for different look, that maybe a plus when not using it actively but still wearing it on my neck. Since I start my morning with the Focus mode then off for an hour before starting with Calm mode for multiple sessions, I wish I can continue using it for the several cycles in a row instead of needing to recharge in between. I feel more alert during the Focus mode and less anxious during the Calm sessions. Overall I am pleased with the product so far.

"I'm getting far better quality of sleep."
I've been wearing my Amofit-S now for 2 weeks. I had low expectations after trying a range of other options to help me sleep in the past - incl sleep supplements, meditation, and other therapies and unfortunately to no avail remained with an average sleep time of around 4-5 hrs a night of pretty much restlessness. My sleep patterns had deteriorated as I entered my 50's. I noticed a big difference after the second day of using - mainly using the calm option a few times during the day. My Garmin has validated that I'm getting far better quality sleep now and am averaging 7hrs+. A big part of my daily routine. So glad I purchased it.

I've worn the Amofit S for two weeks now. I'm a terrible sleeper, normally. With my increased work schedule, I've been on the hunt to identify ways to improve my sleeping and awake (focus) regime. The Amofit intrigued me.
I am not sleeping straight through the night but I am sleeping better. I am also dreaming more again, which suggests to me that my sleep is deeper and more refreshing. I enjoy this aspect quite a bit. During the day, I am also wearing the amofit. It is more difficult to tell how it is affecting my prodcution as my work day varies considerably and the pace is intense. But I believe there is an improvement in my focus and short term memory. It's just difficult to measure.
I have not experienced any discomfort, though while I'm using the focus mode I can sometimes detect a sort of buzzing sensation. I find the Amofit easy to wear, by clipping on to my shirt or my bra. I've tried wearning it as a necklace but find this less appealing. Hope this is useful!
Since I wrote my review I travelled to Africa for work. The Amofit has considerably helped me to adjust to jet lag and to find focus during the day.

I can’t thank your company enough, I absolutely love my Amofit S. I’ve had trouble sleeping my whole life, since receiving it I sleep so well, I dream all the time now and I can’t even say how different I feel sleeping. It’s like I lost 30 years of age. I’m happier, more energy, it’s just changed so much in my life. I hate to admit this but i usually only slept if drugged, which isn’t really restful, I also wake at a normal time around 8, in the past my restless tired self didn’t get up till noon. I don't normally do reviews, and have certainly never written to a company regarding their product. I received my Amofit S device last week and it has been lifechanging for me. Within 24 hours I felt like my normal self. I have been in constant fight or flight mode for years. Simple things like going to the grocery store or filling my car up with gas, would give me severe anxiety. I would have to sych myself up and couldn't wait to be back home. This device has helped me to be carefree and my body is not in a constant state of stress anymore. When I wear the device in the calming mode, I can feel my body relax. "Feeling More in Control"
I was excited to recieve my amofit S and began wearing it straight away. My first observation was that I slept through the night, without any of my usual anxiety interuptions. I now wear it all day, every day, as a pendant and charge overnight. I definitely feel calmer and more in control of my depression and anxiety. It's not a cure, as I still need to take my anti-depressants, but it is a fantastic support device and absolutely has made a difference to me. I would highly recommend.

"I am doing better than I have in almost 20 years that I have been fighting depression."
I have suffered from depression for almost 20 years, and have been described by my therapist as a "treatment-resistant" depression. I have been tried on over a dozen medications but have never had a lasting remission in my symptoms of anxiety and depression. I am particularly anxious approaching tennis or golf; dry mouth, sweats and severe anxiety. I have had long periods of hopelessness. Along with my several antidepressant medications I have relied on a benzodioazepine, Clonazepam, for acute episodes. There is a strong visceral component to my acute depressive episodes, a heaviness in my chest that signals another episode.
I naturally was interested in the Amofit S campaign and immediately backed the project. I received my Amofit S device last fall, and IMMEDIATELY felt the benefits. I found my general level of depression lowered, and turning it on at the beginning of an acute episode cancelled it within 10 minutes. I was very excited! I use it 2-3 times a day and will turn it on an hour before tennis and the anxiety is virtually neutralized. Any mild remaining anxiety fades away soon after taking to the court. My game has improved and I am finally able to have FUN, which is what it is all about. I am still experimenting with the two modes, Calm and Focus. Any updated information on experience with the Focus mode would be appreciated.
The most significant improvement in my Amofit S experience is I have COMPLETELY eliminated the need for the Clonazepam for acute anxiety episodes. I was taking one 4-5 days a week, and I have not taken a SINGLE Clonazepam since I received my Amofit S! It is HUGE that the Amofit S has calmed my acute episodes to this extent. Our adult son with autism has been going through a psychotic break related to his Lexapro withdrawal. When he’s violent it’s hard to get near him, and he’s broken the necklace, but the format is so easy and non invasive (unlike, say, neurofeedback, which we have also been doing) and I suspect once he finally gets through this, he’ll be better than ever, thanks to, among other things, the Amofit S. He thanked us for “not throwing him in a home as most parents probably would have.” That said, we have to gear up in all our martial arts gear to get close to him. But I shudder to think what a waste of human potential if we’d just given up and turned him over to an institution (and opening him up for more pharmaceuticals), as has been suggested multiple times.

This has been life changing for me and my daughter. We both suffer from anxiety and ADHD. My daughter especially who may have Autism / ASD.
She struggles with her emotions and concentration so we were desperate to try anything. On the first day, we noticed an almost instance “chilled” out version of her with no screaming or stress. Then in the evening for her homework (reading), we put the blue setting on and it was like a totally different child. She read beautifully and I don’t mind saying it brought a tear to my eye.

I am not usually someone who writes reviews but after trying Amofit S I felt compelled to as I want people having anxiety to try it as it might be the device which breaks the vicious cycle of recurring anxiety which was the case for me. I think this device maybe a gamechanger for people suffering from anxiety. 5 years back I started having anxiety due to many factors, which I don't want to get into detail about. After that stressful event, the anxiety didn’t stop and I used to have massive anxiety for no specific reason throughout the day. Increase in heart rate, palpitation, throbbing head, can’t concentrate on work. My heart was beating an average of 90 bpm whenever i checked. I was worried for my health and did basically everything a man can possibly do to reduce it. I tried medicines (Concor, Xanax, clonazepam, gabapentin, Phenibut, ashwagandha), GABAergic products, supplements and even regular exercise. (by the way the list of medicine that I have tried is massive)
Nothing seemed to reduce it significantly, and one day when I was browsing notebookcheck.net I saw an article about Amofit S and I went ahead and joined the campaign as I am always on the lookout for anything, which can alleviate my state. When I received it I was not very confident that it could help me. I started wearing it regularly for minimum 3 hours a day. After almost 48 days wearing it regularly. Do I feel cured?
From being doubtful in the first 2 weeks if the device has any effect to actually coming to the realization that things have changed is a process of discovery. So what changed for me?

I have had only positive outcomes while using amofit S device.
I have had severe anxiety and turn the green light on and it has helped calm myself. On most occasions it feels a great deal as I feel my body calm down. The nurses have also commented that they have seen positive changes from wearing the device on my head giving me laser concentration. I have been suffering from anxiety for a many years. At the time that I heard about Amofit S I had a lot of pressure form both work and in my private life and I had been suffering from insomnia for weeks. Needless to say Amofit S was long awaited when it arrived which for the reviews sake I have to mention was close to my semester. I started using the device for about 2 sessions a day without any adverse effects. I’ve been sleeping way better and several nights I haven’t woken up at night except when I needed to go to the bathroom. I have also noticed that I have more lucid dreams which I really love, so from my experience I’d recommend the Amofit S to people trying to induce lucid dreams or people who want to dream more in general. I also fall asleep faster now. Another thing I noticed is that I’m more calm during the day, I don’t get as stressed up or anxious about things as I usually am. I had my doubt about this device and thought it was a bit pricey, but the company offers a money back guarantee so I gave it a chance and I’m glad I did. I know several people who would benefit from the device, but it’s kind of hard to get them to pay the price for it and I don’t really want to let them borrow mine because I can’t be without it. I put it on first thing in the morning before work and when I come home after work. I don’t sleep with it though. Accidental switching of modes has only happened to me once or twice.
I’ve not used focus much because you shouldn’t use the two modes too tightly after one another and I want to max out my calm. But it would have been interesting to try it while gaming or perhaps strength training, I do have it activated while writing this review though and it’s going smoothly even though I’ve worked physically for 9 hours at the time of writing. Come to think of it, I think I’ll try the focus mode for about an hour before my strength training sessions and then do calm mode after. I can definitely recommend you to try the Amofit S if you are looking to improve your sleep and if you need want to face the worries and to-dos of the day with more calm. Honestly, who wouldn’t need a device like the Amofit S in the stressful society today?
Things to improve:
1. The clip is a bit stiff and hard to fit on a t-shirt collar.
2. On the dark gray version which I bought, the logo that you touch to turn it on is a but hard to see in low lighting, it would have been black instead of dark gray and there should be some kind of sign for mode switching too because I always forget which side to hold down.
3. Auto shut down after charging is complete, sometimes I forget it in the charger the whole night and the light is still green in the morning, it would be better if it turned off after charging was complete.

I have Bipolar (and the cognitive impairment it caused) & Anxiety Disorders, all of which greatly & negatively impact on my life. I'm on optimal treatment and there is nothing more that can be done for me, medically. An Indiegogo email arrived and, most fortunately, I read it!
Amofit S immediately piqued my interest. I wrote to the production team with some questions re its safety with mental illness. They replied almost instantly, sending useful links. (NB: I never saw it as a substitute for my treatment; only as a potential adjunct.)
I told my psychiatrist I'd backed this and he was very interested, also to see the links. My psychotherapist, likewise. Neither had any issue with me trying it. After all, it's not a drug and works by optimising 2 helpful, natural body systems. As I am unable to work and on Disability Pension, this was a huge outlay for me. But I thought "JUST TRY IT. You'll never know if you don't". I was not very invested - whatever improvement, however small, I'd be happy. E.g., even a ~10% improvement would be very worth it to me.
If I'm particularly stressed, I am allowed to top up my meds with valium. It works very well. I love it, but have to use it as little as possible.
The day I started using Amofit S, I'd been significantly anxious & agitated, so had had one dose of valium. Hours later it was wearing off & I was clock-watching as to when I could have another dose. Then it occurred to me: "try Amofit S first". I honestly had NO preconceived idea of what to expect - how I might feel nor how long it would take "to work". I never expected my experience to be so good! I would say it has been life-changing for me. I have been suffering with GAD (General Anxiety Disorder) for 3 years and have been prescribed many drugs which help a little but not a lot. Although there is a slight change in my treatment resistant depression but there IS a change and this is a brilliant news as there were not any improvement before.
Also I would like to ask a question please : after using the device for 2 weeks I noticed that one of the vein on my left side of my neck started to be swollen and pulsating. As far as I know the vagus nerve is between the carotid artery and jugular vein. Can it be happened because of the stimulation? I did not feel any pain , just the pulsating thing and the swelling. What I think that the vagus nerve started to be activated just after the second week of usage and that was the first sign that the device works?
P.S: I forgot to mention at the end of my letter that this swelling started to diminish gradually and almost disappeared. It lasted for about a week and started to disappear afterwards.

I’m suffering long covid which, above all else is utterly depressing. I’m on several medications for long covid symptoms but none of them seemed to anything for low HRV. Since using amofit S, my HRV has increased from an average of 20ms to an average of 50ms. I can the changes to HRV in the iPhone’s health app as measured by my Apple Watch. I'm not easy to convince but willing to try new things. I am watching my sleep results and my HRV for two years now, and my sleep has been not well. I have a lot of stress in my life. Healbe GOBE 3 watch is also indicating stress is more stable (using complex analysis of your sleep quality data and anthropometrical parameters (like weight, height, sex, and age).
For sleep, I have used Philips SmartSleep EEG headband and could see it improved my deep sleep despite sleeping less than 7 hours on some occasions. (In my experience, watches and finger device sometimes misses deep sleep compared to the EEG. So, take it with a grain of salt if you are not seeing any improvements in your deep sleep phase when using these devices since it can stress you out thinking you are not sleeping enough)
From my experience, the effect is not immediate. It’s residual. A session now could provide a benefit a few days after.

1. My HRV increase from 2 to 3 for long time, after min. 2 hrs/day usage till some days.

I received my Amofit S on July 8th and have been wearing it every day since. I have subjectively noticed a significant decrease in my overall anxiety and emotional reactiveness throughout the day. I feel better able to weather the daily stressors in my life without getting as depressed and/or agitated over them.
I monitor my Heart Rate Variability (HRV) using my OURA Gen 3 ring and have observed a consistent upward trend in this metric since I started using my Amofit S in calm mode 2-3 times a day consistently. This improvement has been a testament to the Amofit S device working for me…as I have not found a way to reliably improve this number other than fasting and finishing my dinner at least 4 hours before bed.
On that note, I have also noticed less disrupted sleep. I have struggled with insomnia and sleep maintenance throughout my life. The Amofit S has improved how restorative my sleep feels and decreased the number of wake-ups I experience during the night.
I have been debating purchasing another Amofit S just so I never have to be without it while it is charging. Also, a question for the creators. I am curious if the device can be worn backward. I have noticed the green light indicator showing through some shirts or creating a lump underneath my clothing…as I tend to wear the device clipped to my bra. Would the device still be effective if it was worn with the front side against my skin so the green light would be obscured and therefore not appearing through my shirt? Currently, I have just been placing a small square of medical tape over the light so that it is not noticeable under my clothing, but I can still see whether the light is on/off.

I’m a registered nurse and a father to a toddler. Sleepless nights and stress definitely made my baseline HRV low. I measure my HRV consistently every day at the same time of the day prior to doing anything. "My back pain seemed to be 80% gone."
I’ve been using it for some weeks, every day, morning or night. The changes I’ve noticed have been huge. From working night shifts a couple of years with irregular times its really taken a toll on my physical and mental well-being. Since my work is mostly sitting down my back had also started to hurt quite frequently.
The first couple of days, I couldn’t really tell if it was doing anything, but sicken everybody is different and responds in a different way I decided to continue to use the product. Maybe a week into using it, I woke up, continued my morning routine, and while sipping my morning coffee it just struck me: “I’m not tired”. Some more days into it my energy levels went up noticeably, and my back pain, which is a sort of chronic inflammation, seemed to be 80% gone. This was huge for me, the energy levels are still up, and I’ve been using it every day since i got it.
I gave my mom the device for some days too to see if she should get some more quality sleep time. She was as amazed as I was, she really felt her night using the device made her sleep deeper and with less interruptions. I can’t even express to you how happy I am for finding out about this device and the company behind it. It’s really a great and powerful device that everyone should try.
Forgot to mention that I also have been sharing the device with my twin sister that’s currently going through cancer. I mentioned the device and she was happy to try it, amazingly after just some days she felt more energy and more stable sleep. It’s basically for her I’m attending this review event, and it would be an amazing gift since our birthday is on the 31st of May.

"It helped with the side effects from chemotherapy."
After going through chemo and radiation my left leg has been swollen with liquid the right one also but not as much. Tried everything to get my leg back to normal, water pills keeping leg raised nothing has worked. But after wearing the amofit I started noticing my leg was going down it’s slow going but it’s coming down. This makes me very happy because all the liquid in my leg causes me great pain. I will continue to wear it every day watching as my leg gets back to normal. I wish I would of taken pictures along while wearing it but had no idea it was going to help my leg. I have no idea how the Amofit S works but it is doing something for me that’s good enough for me.

"My inflammation decreased drastically, and my energy increased."
It has been a couple weeks now since I have been using this and I have to simply say “Bravo”. I cannot tell you how many family and friends have noticed that my mood has improved, my inflammation in my face, neck, and ankles have drastically decreased & my energy increased. I don’t fully understand how this all works but my menstrual cycle was normal for the first time in a LONG time this week too. I am hoping for my body to allow me to finally lose some weight as my body weight has stayed the same for the past decade despite diet changes and exercise. BRAVO and I LOVE this product. I have been using the Amofit S for only 4 weeks. I have had mild/moderate CFS/ME for 17 years and long covid/post covid PoTS for almost 3 years. Knowing that some people with long covid have improved vastly from many months of meditation, and reading a lot about the vagus nerve link with both long covid and CFS, I came across the Amofit S and felt it was really worth a try. The first time I wore it, for the initial 30 minutes I felt so deeply relaxed I could have just laid down and slept. This passed and it settled into just feeling very calm and relaxed. I am pleased to report that the Amofit S has already stopped the adrenaline surges I was getting from PoTS and it has already massively the reduced the palpitations I experience from long covid/PoTS. With dysautonomia / PoTS, the nervous system can over react and I could feel unnecessarily nervous, well that has completely gone too. I wear the Amofit S for 4-5 sessions a day including at night. I would not be without this amazing little device now and I look forward to seeing if I improve more going forwards. I have only used the calm mode so far, but will try the focus mode soon. Because of the marked improvement already, I have already bought another one for my son who has got some health issues and am hoping it will help him too. After being so unwell since having covid in March 2020, this is the first true light on the horizon for me and it has given me some hope that I will get better.

"It has helped me with severe myalgic encephalomyelitis."
When I first started using the Amofit S, I was almost completely bedbound with severe myalgic encephalomyelitis. While I could get out of bed to use the washroom, any tiny task was enough to exhaust me.
I had horrible brain fog that made it extremely difficult for me to even think a coherent sentence, let alone do anything that required more brain power (like reading). On the Bell's disability scale, which measures functionality, I was functioning at roughly 10% of a healthy person.
It took two weeks of daily use to start to feel the effects of the Amofit S, but after a month's use, I felt like a changed person. I could get out of bed! I could visit my friends and family for the first time in months. I could read novels again, and even play video games! I'm not 100% healthy, of course, but the Amofit S has brought me up to a 30% on the Bell's disability scale, with even my bad days not being as low as my every day used to be.
I'm so glad I found this device, and I plan to continue using it forever. Thank you, Amo Lab!

I’ve been bed-bound with ME/CFS for the last year, unable to do anything other than watch tv. Reading, phone conversations, visitors, were all things that were far our of my abilities. But because of this device, I’ve had enough energy to sit up some days. I can read a little, chat on the phone with friends and family. These things normally would have exhausted me to the point of not being able to speak, but I’ve been able to exert myself with minimal consequences. I’ve also noticed a huge reduction in brain fog and post-exertional malaise. When I had a tiny problem with my device (it would occasionally shut off before its cycle was done), I contacted Amo Lab about it and they immediately sent a replacement. I have only been using this device for 20 days, and I can’t wait to see what benefits it will bring beyond the 30 day mark. I cannot recommend this enough. Had mine for three days now and already think I may be experiencing some benefits. I find a full charge seems to give three 3-hour sessions. Coping with ME/CFS can make me stressed and sleep poorly. However, my sleep hasn’t been quite so disturbed the last two nights and I feel more relaxed and able to keep my mind off my symptoms. I am hoping to see continued improvement with continued use. "Surprisingly Effective"
I typically wouldn't consider purchasing something like this, but I decided to take a chance due to growing concerns about my health. From the moment I put on the Amofit, I could feel it working; it's an unusual sensation, but I find it quite pleasant. I chose this product over competitors because of its simplicity and the fact that it can be worn discreetly at any time. Despite being a small wearable device, it has a surprisingly powerful effect. I believe it has contributed to gradual improvements in both my health and sleep over the past six weeks since I started using it. I would love to have another one as a spare, so I'm hoping an upgraded version will be released soon—I would definitely purchase it.

Just started to use for neuropathy as type 2 diabetic and I also suffered long covid. Will keep updated but so far so good. Product well packaged and easy to set up instructions.
I researched vagal nerve therapy devices thoroughly and I am pleased with the product so far and my choice of Amofit S.

"Helps with daughters POTS and PPPD symptoms."
My 15 year old is constantly dizzy, fatigued and will sometimes collapse with POTS and PPPD and PANDAS. With the amofit she has more energy, and is less dizzy, she can cross roads better, and is more able to tolerate being in a car (cars make her vertigo worse) and more able to cope at school. She feels calmer. We wouldn’t be without the AMOFIT.

"Neat Little Device"
I feel like this is one of those items where it's difficult to review properly until you've been using it for a while. However, the customer service has been phenomenal, 100% second-to-none, so thank you for that as I've been a little high-maintenance.
The product itself is really well made and feels like great quality, the packaging's great too and the instructions clear and concise.

"Helps with dysautonomia"
This arrived 3 weeks ago. I tried it for the recommended half hour to see if I experienced palpitations. No. I have gradually increased the wear time, calming mode only, to 3 three hour sessions per day. The auto shutoff is a real plus.
The two major improvements I have experienced are significantly improved thermoregulation and gastric motility. As my vagus nerve has been damaged for several decades, due to a hiatal hernia surgical repair, I am thrilled with any help in managing the myriad symptoms. I am hoping with continued use, some other symptoms will improve as well.

With severe brain damage after a fall on the back of her head so the small brains have had damage.
She had chosen for a job on her own. So she was her own boss etc. She worked very hard to built a new base after the destructing years of Corona vIrus. She was at 2 places at the same tame! All of the sudden she felt on her back on a slippery street. Het skull was broken and thought that she could walk home and tomorrow it would be better and she can go to work as she always do!

A client of mine suffers from ADHD. That is quite intensive and classified as DSM-5. This does not make everyday life easy and causes conflicts with herself and others. And creates chaos in her head with all the consequences for herself and her environment. In various descriptions you can read what ADHD can do to a person.
Based on my expertise, I hung an Amofit-S around her neck. (I conduct a Practice for People with Acquired Brain Injuries- SunRise coach). The Amofit-S sends a signal to the Vagus Nervus and thereby regulates a range of factors that influence the daily functioning of everyone.
An effect could be measured within a few hours and after several days the effects quickly increased and the following was the response from her:

"All of the swelling retreated and my vision returned to normal."
With a Ph.D. in experimental psychology, I was taught to be skeptical in grad school. I believe that learning to be a critical thinker was probably the best lesson in my schooling. I am also cautious when it comes to “trying” new things out.
My spouse is a healing energy therapist who focuses on healing from the heart. Five years ago, at 68 years old, I suffered a stroke in my left eye, called a retinal vein occlusion. Without prompt treatment, this condition usually leads to permanent visual loss and/or extreme macular degradation. I was told by my ophthalmologist that there was nothing that could be done other than getting experimental shots directly in my retina in an effort to temper the inflammation. Reluctantly, I started the shots immediately and received one about every 4 – 8 weeks depending upon the level of inflammation.
I was controlling the swelling, but my doctor assured me that there was no “cure” for this type of condition. After three years of shots, my spouse started treating me with her healing energy. At the same time, we learned about and backed the Amofit device and also bought a PEMF (Pulsating Electro Magnetic Field) mat. I started using both regularly.
At year four, my doctor started noticing significant reduction of swelling in my eye, along with improved vision. He did not have an explanation because he had not ever seen such improvement in his 30 years of practice. I requested that we stop the shots. He agreed to try it and we went on a more frequent schedule of examination.
Without a shot for an entire year, my condition improved dramatically. All of the swelling retreated and my vision returned to normal. I have not had a shot during the last two years. I have ADHD (not on meds). I have had my Amofit s for about three weeks and it is really helping. Improved focus and less anxiety. My head feels the same as when I had been having neurofeedback (for about 30+ sessions) which helped a lot too. I would imagine that is the change in brain waves. This is so quick, self-administered and easy compared to neuro!
I found this page because I want to know if others with ADHD have found it helpful.
I feel like the focused, calm feeling has stayed with me for days, if I miss a day I am still more focused than usual. It is as though I am topping it up each morning, but it does last. I'm still getting in the habit and trying to keep it charged, but my aim is to use it on focus each morning and calm each evening. I have lent it to my housemate with ADHD and it seemed to help her migraine. She hasn't tried it for focus but she uses meds so it might not make much difference. I'm really keen to hear others' experiences. I'm even thinking of buying a spare one so I can lend it to friends to make it easier to try, cos it seems so good. "Restless legs syndomre (RLS) have been alleviated."
I received my Amofit S just under 3 weeks ago and started using it straight away. My reasoning behind buying the device, among others, was a hunch I had about the correlation between the Vagus Nerve and RLS Restless Leg Syndrome and wanted to see if the Amofit could help with my RLS.
I have been suffering from RLS for the past couple of years and it has been a huge struggle for me.
The restless legs are a side effect from being on Escitalopram. I was then put on Ropinirole to help with the restless legs. Pills on top of pills to fix side effects. All I can say is that the Amofit S is amazing. The first night I tried it out I had zero restless legs. No pills taken. This cycle has repeated with success every time. I no longer need to take the Ropinirole to alleviate my RLS. I just wear my Amofit. It’s a life saver.

Have mine for about three days so far and loving it. I wish the battery life was longer. But I am amazed at how well it is working. Yesterday I had mine on and stayed incredibly calm during my normal triggers. I really am pleased so far. Just getting the rhythm of the day in sync will help.

I’m loving my Amofit so far (2 weeks in). I have Hyper POTS / Dysautonomia so my body / vagus nerve is constantly in fight or flight & I get awful adrenaline surges. This helps calm my vagus nerve. I feel more chilled out.

It's an amazing device. Works unbelievably well. Unfortunately I lost mine outside and found it back fully crushed😪. After only week of use...
I was already planning to buy a second one for my daughter so I did, but we still have only one now. That really sucks as we both need it, it's absolutely working miracles. Highly recommend!!

I've had mine for a week now. I like it very much and it does help. Keep me calm. I like how discreet it is and that I use it as a necklace and no one notices. I have other Vegas nerves stimulating devices but they require that you hold on with your hand. Which is not convenient when you are driving or grocery shopping or cooking etc.....

"I could decrease my medication dosage."
I wanted to pass along my review for the review event. As you can see below, I’m delighted with the progress and very interested in the upcoming new device or studies you have going on. Please let me know if you have any questions.
I was initially attracted to this device as it was already shipping and I the developers were very responsive and transparent in the Indiegogo discussions. I received my Amofit on May 20th. Within a few days I was feeling more relaxed. It was especially noticeable when driving and in other annoying stressful situations. Was it a placebo effect? Well, quite unexpectedly, some big changes kicked in after the 5th week, when my blood pressure started dropping, on a couple of occasions getting too low. My doctor decreased the medication dosage by 25% this was a conservative adjustment and could be decreased further. The other change was my thyroid, I have been hypothyroid for 40 years and again the medication was decreased this time by 33%. I haven’t had any Afib episodes in 2 months. It’s too early to attribute that to the Amofit. With my age (62) and health conditions I think more improvements are ahead.
After increasing in increments, I now use the device in focus mode for 2-3 hours daily and calm mode around 9 hours per day. I highly recommend the Amofit device and I am looking forward to learn about any new devices in the future.

I got my amofit today. One weird thing. I had COVID last week. My throat has been very painful, swallowing has been like swallowing broken glass. Within an hour of trying the amofit, my throat is a ton better. Might just be coincidence but seems connected.

I got the email from Indiegogo. I purchased 2 Amofit S - separately. I have one and so does my daughter. For me - I guess I would say I’d rather wear it then not wear it. I’ve used it for over a month. It’s been a slow incline of improvement for me. So, my testimony is positive but slow.
For my daughter - she loves it. From day one it’s been useful. Her stomach issues resolved very quickly. Within hours of use. Like with all mental health issues we know there are connections with the gut - but wow - she feels so much better. And it has put her in a much better head space to. She says she doesn’t get the low lows and the high highs. She is able to work more effectively and feels much better mentally. Her and her husband both say - the necklace (Amofit S) is like night and day for effectiveness for her.
