Shipping policy

We ship products internationally to most of the countries. All customs duties, VAT, and shipping are covered.

All worldwide customers do not have to pay customs duties, VAT, and shipping fees. The delivery time varies by the Postal Service, Destination country's Postal Service, and Customs clearance procedures. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery time. Import duties, taxes, shipping fees, and charges are included in the item price. If you have any questions regarding the shipping charges & customs duties, please feel free to contact us. *For a very few countries, we can not offer international shipping because of delivery time, tracking information, customs clearance, import duty, and COVID-19 airline limitation.

Shipping & Handling Time / Estimated Delivery Time

• Our Shipping & Handling Time for most items is 1-3 business days. In case we are unable to ship the items within 3 business days, we will notify you of the shipping status immediately.
• Standard Shipping: Usually 2-7 days
- USA: 2-4 days (shipped by USPS from Las Vegas warehouse)
- United Kingdom: 2 days (shipped by Royal Mail from England warehouse)
- Other Countries: 3-7 days (shipped by FedEx from Korea warehouse) (It could take more days if customs clearance and import duty check causes delays.)

If there is a severe weather condition, the shipping & delivery time could be varied depending on the status of the weather condition.
